Google AdSense lets you change the colours of your adverts the common consensus amongst the experts is to make the ads blend with your website as much as possible. But others think it is better to make them stand out. So try different combinations and see which works best for your site.
Hint #3: Make sure your page has the correct ads.
A lot of sites are not targeted enough so AdSense puts a wide range of different adverts on the page. If your page is content rich and has ample keywords the adverts will mirror the page content and you are more likely to get clicks from your visitors. It is pointless having a content rich site with great keywords if it looks like a child made it. If you are no good at web design try a freelancer they do jobs very cheap now. Try not to have popups we all hate them so why try and subject your potential customers to them.
